ISE® North America Award Applications Accepted through Sept. 7, 2012
ATLANTA – July 9, 2012 –T.E.N., a technology and information security executive networking and relationship-marketing firm, announced today that nominations have opened now through Sept. 7, for the ISE® North America Leadership Summit and Awards 2012. Nominees, finalists and winners from all regions of North America including the U.S. and Canada will be recognized at the two-day event to be held on Nov. 6-7, 2012 at the Westin Alexandria, Alexandria, Va.
The ISE® North America Awards are held in conjunction with a two-day Executive Forum which includes keynote speakers, interactive roundtables moderated by CISOs and VPs of participating companies, and panel discussions. Awards presented will include Information Security Executive® Awards for both Executive and Project Categories in the commercial, government, healthcare and academic/non-profit sectors. Finalists and winners in both categories are announced at the Awards Gala on Nov. 7 and are recognized through press coverage and inclusion on the T.E.N. and ISE® websites.
The ISE® North America Award for the Executive Category is given to a chief information security executive who has made a positive impact through risk management, data asset protection, regulatory compliance, privacy and information security. In addition, the ISE® North America Award for the Project Category will recognize an information security project completed in the past 12-18 months that has had a positive impact on an organization’s risk management or information security posture. Eligible nominees are selected from the U.S. and Canada.
Executives or project teams can be self-nominated in addition to entries by supervisors, employees, peers, or technology partners. In addition to the questions that are to be completed for judging, the nomination form contains information on the history of the awards, judging process, award criteria and next steps. All nominations are sent to T.E.N.’s distinguished panel of ISE® judges for review and scoring.
