Atlanta, GA (July 25, 2011)--Tech Exec Networks, (T.E.N.), a technology and information security executive networking and relationship-marketing firm, announced today that nominations have opened now through Sept. 14, 2011 for the ISE® North America Leadership Summit and Awards 2011. Awards presented will include Information Security Executive® Awards for both Executive and Project Categories in the commercial, government, healthcare and education/non-profit sectors.
Nominees, finalists and winners from all regions of North America including the U.S. and Canada will be recognized at the ISE® North America Leadership Summit and Awards 2011 to be held on Nov. 16-17, 2011 at the Westin Alexandria, Alexandria, Va. The Summit includes keynote speakers, panel discussions and interactive roundtables moderated by the CISOs and VPs of participating companies. Finalists and winners in both categories are announced at the Awards Gala on Nov. 17 and are recognized through press coverage and inclusion on the T.E.N. and ISE® websites.
The ISE® North America Award for the Executive Category is given to a chief information security executive who has made a positive impact through risk management, data asset protection, regulatory compliance, privacy and information security. In addition, the ISE® North America Award for the Project Category will recognize an information security project completed in the past 12-18 months that has had a positive impact on an organization’s risk management or information security posture. Executive or project teams can be self-nominated in addition to entries by supervisors, employees, peers, or technology partners.
