Fall date and venue to be announced in June
Atlanta, GA--T.E.N. announced today that the ISE® North America Leadership Summit and Awards 2011 will be held in the Fall of 2011 in the Washington DC area, with a specific date and location to be announced in June. The event was previously held in conjunction with the CSI Annual Conference, which has been cancelled.
Nominations for Executives and Projects will be open from July 25 through September 14. In addition, voting for the People's Choice Award will be held from September 16 through October 7.
The ISE® Awards recognize the information security executives and their teams who demonstrate outstandingleadership in risk management, data asset protection, regulatory compliance, privacy and network security. Field nominations are sent to T.E.N.’s distinguished panel of ISE® judges for review and scoring. Finalists and winners are announced the evening of the awards.
"Having the last 25 years in the information technology field under my belt, it was a rewarding experience, both professionally and personally, to be brought together with many of industry's top security executives from across the country," said Tammy Moskites, CISO, The Home Depot, ISE® North America People's Choice Winner 2010.
“We’re pleased to announce that the ISE® Programs were chosen as the third most attended programs for IT Security Executives in 2011. They function as an idea incubator, provide a channel for research, education and information sharing, speed knowledge transfer and promote best practices,” said Marci McCarthy, CEO and President of T.E.N.
