Atlanta, GA (February 2, 2011) –Tech Exec Networks, (T.E.N.), a technology and information security executive networking and relationship-marketing firm, announced today that nominations have opened now through April 20, 2011 for the ISE® Central Awards 2011. Awards presented will include Information Security Executive Awards for both Executive and Project Categories.
Nominees, finalists and winners will be recognized at the ISE® Southeast Executive Forum and Awards to be held on June 7, 2011 at the Westin Galleria Hotel, Dallas, Texas. The Executive Forum includes keynote speakers, interactive roundtables moderated by the CISOs and VPs of participating companies and panel discussions. Finalists and winners in both categories are announced at the Awards Gala that evening and are recognized through press coverage and inclusion on the T.E.N. and ISE® websites.
The ISE® Central Award for the Executive Category is given to a chief information security executive who has made a positive impact through risk management, data asset protection, regulatory compliance, privacy and information security. In addition, the ISE® Central Award for the Project Category will recognize an information security project completed in the past 12-18 months that has had a positive impact on an organization’s risk management or information security posture. Eligible nominees are selected from the U.S. central region including Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin.
Executives and/or project teams can be self-nominated in addition to entries by supervisors, employees, peers, or technology partners.
