Information Security Leaders to be recognized at the Information Security Executive™ Northeast Forum
and Awards Gala 2008
ATLANTA - September 9, 2008 - Ttoday the nominees for the Information Security Executive (ISE®) Northeast Awards for 2008 was announced.
The ISE® Northeast Awards recognize information security executives and project teams for outstanding achievement in the information security industry.
Nominees from across the Northeast Region, including Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont will be honored at the spectacular awards ceremony held on the evening of Thursday, October 16, 2008 at the Marriott Marquis Times Square in New York City, NY.
New in 2008, the Information Security Project of the Year Award honors the team behind the project. This accolade is presented to a project team that has successfully completed an information security project in the past 12-18 months that greatly impacted an organization's risk management or information security posture.
In addition to the awards, the nominees and project teams participate in the ISE® Northeast Executive Forum comprised of cutting-edge speakers and interactive discussions focused on business issues, best practices, and solutions.
