Jed Young is Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Jabil where he is responsible for global cybersecurity operations and leadership. This includes strategy and planning, development, implementation and maintenance of information security functions and services for Jabil globally. He has over 8 years' experience in Cyber Security. This direct experience is included in over 28 years in IT leadership roles across multiple industries including Aerospace & Defense as well as Oil & Gas. In his career, Jed has had the fortunate opportunity to lead not only Cyber security but also IT Operations, IT Architecture, and Vendor Relationship Management.

Jed has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Iowa State University as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Iowa. Jed is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
