As a Senior Business Security Officer at ADP, Michael Varno provides security leadership to key business line executives to ensure the efficacy of the global security program, while enabling innovation and agile product and technology deployment. Michael has more than 18 years of hands-on technology experience and leadership in managing risk and investments within Financial Services, Federal Government, and Manufacturing.

Prior to ADP, Michael was the Vice President of Technology Governance, Risk, & Compliance at E*TRADE, where his team was responsible for helping the Information Technology division establish effective controls to optimize efficiency and security. Michael was the Assistant Vice President U.S. Bank, Head of Information Security Risk & Strategy for Elavon where his team was responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company's Information Security program. He also held various IT and Information Security Leadership roles at Equifax, Fiserv, Internal Revenue Service, and Peachtree Business Products (Acquired by HD Supply).
