Jonathan Rosenoer is a Citigroup executive engaged in transformation. He has more than 20 years experience helping leading global institutions to leverage emerging technology. A thought leader, Jonathan has patents on programmable money, passwordless authentication and multifactor authentication, and wrote the first book on Internet law (CyberLaw). Jonathan is a member of both the State Bar of California and the District of Columbia Bar. He earned his JD at UCLA and was awarded a B.A., summa cum laude, from Boston College. He attended the London School of Economics and Wharton.
