Eric Meyers is the New York Power Authority’s Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer. He leads the organization’s cyber security program to ensure the security and reliability of NYPA’s assets against a continuously evolving cyber threat landscape.
Prior to joining NYPA in December 2020, Eric held numerous leadership roles in cyber security and information technology at Corning Incorporated and DuPont. He has over 20 years of diverse experience building and transforming security & risk programs.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University. He also holds a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA.
