Dave is an industry-recognized and respected thought leader, with proven ability to build and lead large global security teams and programs. At ADP Dave is responsible for the design, implementation, support, and monitoring of converged threat monitoring, global incident handling and response, and fraud prevention operations dedicated to protecting ADP's interests around the world. He manages ADP's threat and incident management programs and platforms including four global Critical Incident Response Centers (CIRC), the Business Incident Response Program, and provides operational guidance to ADP’s Global Fraud Prevention Program.

Prior to joining ADP, Dave held the role of Chief Information Security Officer for the GE Digital business and had responsibility for driving innovation, architecture and technical strategy for cyber security and technology risk across GE. Before joining GE, Dave spent 11 years at EMC, holding a range of roles in the cyber security organization, before taking over as EMC’s Chief Security Office in 2010. Prior to that, Dave has nearly 20 years of experience in information security, engineering and audit roles.

Dave has served as a board member with multiple security organizations and holds a Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, England.
