Pamela Gott is a Vice President in the Global Cyber Security Services organization and reports to Jason Dewez, Senior Vice President and First Data’s Chief Information Security Officer. She is currently responsible globally for Vulnerability Management, Application Security, and Penetration Testing Services. In this capacity, she leads a team responsible for the governance and delivery of core programs and technology to secure First Data’s applications and infrastructure.
Early in her career, Pamela held a variety of positions in IT operations, infrastructure security and technology audit. She joined First Data in 2008 as a senior technology auditor and has since held management roles within Internal Audit, Network Perimeter Protection, and now, Unified Vulnerability Management.
Pamela’s career at First Data blends an audit, compliance and security perspective that guides her approach to managing vulnerability risk firm-wide. Pamela regularly engages with senior leadership across business lines and technology groups to communicate vulnerability risk and drive continual integration of security into software development, infrastructure and technology operations.
Pamela participates on the Customer Advisory Board for Tenable, a leading cyber exposure company, to provide insight that guides strategy, direction, solution portfolio, and investment decisions, ensuring that Tenable delivers security solutions that meet customers’ future needs.
