As Director of Cybersecurity Operations for CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield in Maryland, Elizabeth leads the development of scalable, sustainable cyber detection, response, and recovery services that provide a real time view of cyber threats, attack surfaces, and protections that support strategic resiliency.

Previously Elizabeth has held titles of Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, Principal Architect, and acted as both a people-leader and advisor to the Office of the CISO on cyber innovations. She has led transformative change across areas of Cyber Strategy & Planning, Architecture, Engineering, and other large-scale programs within critical infrastructure and large enterprise.

Throughout her career Elizabeth has partnered with cybersecurity technology firms to develop cutting-edge capabilities in new market spaces, providing voice-of-the-customer, market insights, strategic alignment, and advisory consulting. Elizabeth remains active throughout the cybersecurity community, focused on driving innovation and scalability.
