Max Garcia is the Chief Information Security Officer of Digital First Banking at NCR Voyix. He manages the Security Program for NCR Voyix’s banking regulated business, this includes but not limited to audits, risk and vulnerability management, incident response, policy, and fraud. Previously Max served as Chief Information Security Officer at PrimeRevenue where he created a Security Program from the ground up that includes but not limited to : technical operations, incident response, vunerability management, GRC, disaster recovery, compliance initiatives (SOC 1, SOC 2 and global bank security initiatives) and enterprise systems and infrastructure. Prior to his role at PrimeRevenue, Max held a role with Top Secret government clearance as well as senior-level roles as Senior VP of Technology and CTO at influential eCommerce and banking companies where he led strategy and execution of global IT and information/security management and complex systems integration. Max is currently an Advisory Board member to Georgia State University’s Evidenced-based Cyber Security program and a professor for the Emory/WIT Cybersecurity Program. Max, who is fluent in Spanish, graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Engineering.
