Deborah is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of CRFS’ enterprise risk management program, compliance management system, and vendor management program. She is also responsible for spearheading all external audits and due diligence questionnaires. She manages the Compliance, IT and software development departments.

Deborah has over 25 years of experience in the default industry, serving in executive/managerial roles in legal, compliance, audit, software implementation, and IT/IS. She obtained her B.S. degree in Aviation Management from Auburn University and her law degree at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a former law partner of McCurdy & Candler, LLC and worked as a default services attorney for Morris, Schneider & Prior, LLC, both in Atlanta. She has also held key positions with Lender Processing Services (Invoice Management) and with the Resolution Trust Corporation. She is an active member of Information Systems Audit and Controls Association; Information Security Systems Association; Information Association of Privacy Professionals; InfraGard Members Alliance; Association of Contingency Professionals; American Bar Association (Science/Technology Law Section); and the State Bar of Georgia.
