Cindy Carson is a Sr. Director of Cyber Security Operations at T-Mobile and has been with the company for 18+ years. During her tenure Cindy has managed software development, release management, IT governance and for the past 8 years Cyber Security Operations focusing on continuous improvement, partnering across critical business and technology. She oversees key security functions including 24x7 Cyber SOC, Cyber Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management and Data Loss Prevention. Cindy serves as an escalation point for information security incidents.

Cindy is a graduate of the UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education online program, focusing on Leading Innovative Change. Most recently in recognition of being part of T-Mobiles next generation of leaders, Cindy was selected to participate in Leadership Edge, a 9-month program designed to turn high-level goals into key strategic drivers, mobilizing effective teams to deliver T-Mobile’s next Un-Carrier move!
