She currently leads the Global Director coaching leaders and executive engagement practice at Splunk. She joined Splunk in 2014 to expand the Southeast region. In 2016, region was recognized as the fastest growing region in the World. In 2006 she joined IBM, as a retained executive from San Francisco based, Micromuse, where she held several executive roles including General Manager for the Federal division. At IBM she continued within key leadership roles focused on creating new markets with industry vertical specialization. Marva is an executive board member at non-profit Techbridge. She was recognized by Technology Association of Georgia Sales and Leadership Society as Leader of the Year for Large Enterprise and a Finalist for Women of the Year. She has a B.A. Communications, University of MD & M.S Carey School of Business, The John’s Hopkins University in Organizational Development and Change Management.
