The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Caesars is responsible for the governance and oversight of the access, availability, and integrity of business data assets and intellectual property. The position is responsible ensuring the business is appropriately protected against risks associated with cyber-attacks on external and internal resources as well as developing the enterprise information security strategy and is responsible for security programs. Furthermore, this position communicates regularly with the board and executive committee; and educates the global workforce and partners about threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
Data and Digital Security (DDS) focuses on Information Technology security best practices around SOX, State Gaming standards (ITMICS), PCI, and general IT Security Standards. The DDS team supports all of Caesars properties across North America and Internationally. DDS participates in both security and business projects to ensure security risks are evaluated and the proper security controls are implemented either through technology or policy/procedure.
