Phyllis Woodruff is Vice President of Cyber Programs for Fiserv. In this role she drives key cyber initiatives, including Fiserv’s PCI Program, Enterprise Privilege Access Management, Cyber build activities, and most recently updates to Fiserv’s patch and vulnerability management strategy.

Phyllis has been at Fiserv for more than 15 years and has been within the security team for the last 8 years. In total, Phyllis has more than 25 years of experience as a technology manager. She holds a BA in education and attended Georgia Institute of Technology for graduate work in cognition. Phyllis’ technical certifications include CISM, PCI-ISA/PCIP, and PMP.
