Tom is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Retail Services division of Alliance Data and is responsible for the strategic development and operational execution of the information security and business continuity functions.

Prior to joining Alliance Data, Tom provided IT Risk Advisory Services as a consultant with big-four public accounting firm, KPMG LLP. He advised on information security, control frameworks and business continuity projects for Fortune 1000 clients. He also spent time with a global manufacturer and marketer of precision instruments in a number of IT roles.

Tom has been a featured guest speaker on the topic of Identity and Access Management in online seminars, as well as Columbus ISSA chapter meetings.
