Paige Needling has an extensive risk management background. In 2011, Recall, Inc. hired Paige to develop a comprehensive, global risk and security landscape and lead the organization’s transformation toward its ambitious security goals. With over 25 years of previous Risk and Security, IT/Business Management and Privacy experience, she succeeded in both developing the risk-based information security strategy and in driving it across the enterprise. She currently oversees security operations, governance, risk and compliance, compliance audits, application security, policies and controls, infrastructure security and security awareness training for over 5,000 Recall employees.
Paige previously held Senior IT Leadership positions for large enterprise environments, such as Intercontinental Hotel Group, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin. At these organizations, she provided information security and privacy protection solutions, managing and implementing information security policies, standards, and practices globally. Paige has acquired the reputation of “The Compliance Queen” and touts the philosophy that “Security does not mean NO – It means NOT YET.”
Paige is a frequent speaker at information security forums across the country. She has presented at the ISACA “Geek Week” Conference and International Internal Auditors Conference on the subject, ‘Compliance and Security – How to Implement an Effective Solution,’ and at the ISSA Conference on the subject, ‘Security in the Raw. ’ She has also been referenced in Compliance Weekly Magazine (October 2012) Privacy Roundtable.
Paige holds the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP – Foundation), and ITIL (Foundation). She is also an active member of ISACA, IAPP and PMI.
