Julie currently serves as the Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Brunswick Corporation. With more than twenty years leadership experience in Cybersecurity, Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security, Data Privacy, and IT Operations and Governance, Julie brings a collaborative approach to developing and leading autonomous teams through coaching and mentoring. She also current sits on the Optimeyes AI CISO advisory board.

Julie has previously served as the CISO for Grainger, a maintenance, repair and operations company, and First Solar, a solar panel manufacturing company. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led information technology and business process audits, and directed consulting engagements for a portfolio of manufacturing, utility/energy, and technology clients for eight years.

Julie earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University, and a Master of Business Administration – Strategy and General Management from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
