He leads a team of digital banking and security experts dedicated to helping customers safeguard against and respond to global outages, critical issues, disaster recovery, brute force attacks, DDoS attacks, privacy concerns, and root cause analyses (RCAs). With a 25-year career in FinTech, Clay has managed project and development teams and led the strategy and execution of product and data center migrations. Trained in Design Thinking principles, he is passionate about solving customer problems through innovation and streamlining processes to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. Clay holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.
