Aaron is currently the Chief Technology Officer for Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, which serves the 4th largest metropolitan area in the United States. Children's is the fifth-largest pediatric healthcare provider in the country, with 595 licensed beds, two full-service campuses in Dallas and Plano, multiple specialty clinics and 15 primary care MyChildren's locations. Children's was the state's first pediatric hospital to achieve Level 1 Trauma status and is the only pediatric teaching facility in North Texas, affiliated with UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Aaron’s background includes formal graduate level education in the fields of Information Services and Business Administration along with professional certificates as a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer through CHIME and among other professional organizations.
