Dr. Miller is currently the Lead Compliance Officer and Manager for Compliance Services for MorganFranklin a Vaco Company. He is the organization lead for industry standards, privacy,and security compliance for all corporate operations. His career covers over 30 years in information technology management and consulting.

Some of his previous roles include Program Executive for Community Health Systems, CTO for ST Groupe’s Land, Air, Sea, and CSO/IT VP for Wares N.A.

His consulting portfolio includes companies such as Cigna, PWC, Ascension Health, P&G, Deloitte, Department of Defense, and the World Health Organization.

He is currently on the NIST’s Content Review Board, ISO Programme Committee Member on Privacy, Risk Advisory Board Member with the HITRUST Alliance, and the NIH Privacy Advisory Council.

He has earned degrees in Doctorate of Information Systems Management from University of Oxford, Masters in IT Business Management from NCSU, Bachelors in Computer Science and Accounting from USC, as well as degrees from Midlands College, Trevecca Nazarene University, Colorado Christian University, and SBTS.
