Jeremy Meller is Vice President of IS&T at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, a multi-hospital pediatric healthcare system with designations of Fortune 100 best places to work, HIMSS Stage-7, Hospital & Health Networks Most Wired, and Computerworld’s Top-100 Place to Work in IT. In this role, Jeremy is responsible for enterprise clinical and business applications, user-experience and support, and IT operations. Prior to joining the Children’s team, Jeremy served as Division CIO for Marshfield Clinic, CIO for Iowa Heart Center, and Director of Technology Operations for Spectrum Health System.
In his current role, Jeremy has led the organization in achieving HIMSS Stage-7, deployed the Epic EMR to hundreds of ambulatory physicians, and developed and implemented a comprehensive Mobile Clinician capability.
Jeremy started his career in the US Army Medical Service Corps, where he led logistics and information technology for two military hospitals. He earned his commission as a Distinguished Military Graduate, and during his service was awarded the world-wide Information Management Officer of the Year Award.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin system. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS), and is a Fellow with the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
