Held various leadership roles across the globe delivering high value security consulting projects and in-house security programs. Managing the business stakeholders and having hands on experience helps him succeed in every boardroom and technical discussion. Represents the security program to the audit committee and the board members fluently. Before CWT, held consulting roles with KPMG Singapore and Verizon Business where prime role was to drive and deliver security consulting projects in Asia Pacific region and manage the senior stakeholders. Harshal also holds industry recognized certificates like CISA, CISSP and CISM.

He is part of various CISO communities within North America and is a regular speaker and participant at various security conferences. Harshal also sits on various independent board and collaborates with the wider community through various CXO leadership groups.
