Kathy Lamb is the Americas IT Director for Honeywell Scanning & Mobility, a $1.6 billion business unit within Honeywell International, a Fortune 100 company. In her current role, Kathy is responsible for IT strategy and delivery for HSM’s Americas Region, and its Global Integrated Supply Chain.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Kathy led the Global IT organization for EMS Technologies, a $350+ million leader in the design and manufacturing of mobility, visibility, and intelligence technology for commercial, government, and defense customers. Kathy also held the role of CIO for Ames Taping Tool Systems, a $100 million distributor of construction tools and supplies with more than 180 locations across the U.S. and Canada. She has also been Director of Professional Services for Webroomz, LLC (now OneSite Property Management Systems), Vice President, Product Management for CheckFree Corporation (now Fiserv), and Vice President for BankSouth Corporation in Atlanta, GA (now Bank of America.

In these roles, Kathy gained extensive, hands-on experience in strategic IT planning, operations management, product management, professional services, and project management. She has also led a number of operational integration initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions.

Kathy is a graduate of Georgia State University’s Executive MBA Program. She is also a former Advisory Board Member of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association, and was a Finalist for the Corporate CIO of the Year Award in 2008 and 2010. Kathy has served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia State University Alumni Association and has also volunteered at the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
