I am a passionate leader and Program and Project Manager for over 33 years, working in IT consulting for 24 of those. I ran my own small IT consulting firm from 2005, started in Cybersecurity in 2006 and joined Victoria’s Secret & Co. (formerly Lbrands) full-time in 2015. I also run a non-profit foundation, J Wesley Foundation, initiated in 2005 that provides daily care and resources, and a variety of other needed services and human rights advocacy, to many underprivileged families around the Columbus, Ohio area.

At work and life in general, I believe diversity and inclusion makes us stronger, healthier, happier and much more successful and I apply this to every aspect of my life. I have one child (Wesley, 22 years old) that plays basketball at Clayton State University in Atlanta and majors in Computer Science with a minor in Cybersecurity. I believe whole-heartedly that if you change the life of even one child (biological or not) in your lifetime, then you have reached success.
