Russell Koste is Director of Identity and Access Management for Northrop Grumman, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer. Russell oversees every aspect of the corporation’s internal IAM efforts, which includes delivering existing services and managing internal investments of $50M since 2006. Recent accomplishments include becoming the industry’s first PKI solution to receive DoD interoperability, the only commercial FIPS-201 aligned identity card and delivering a world class secure IT administration solution. Russell joined Northrop Grumman in 2002, where he ran internal IT programs for the Electronics Systems Sector and the Northrop Grumman enterprise. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Russell served in the US Army as a Field Artillery and Signal Corps officer. Russell holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Dickinson College.
