Joseph is the Group Information Security Officer (GISO) for Citigroup’s Retail Services Cards Business. A consumer facing business, Retail Services Cards delivers retail private label and co-branded credit card products in partnership with Best Buy, Macy’s, Home Depot, Sears, as well as other specialty partners/merchants/retailers. Joseph has 18 years of information security experience mostly within the financial services industry and holds both Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certifications.

An experienced technology and operational risk manager, Joseph enjoys communicating all information security risk, irrespective of origin, in a manner understood easily by both C-level executives and Technology Heads.
