In this role, he is responsible for a wide range of IT control and cybersecurity areas, including managing regulatory, audit, business risk and compliance relationships. The group coordinates technology regulatory requirements and firm policies with Commercial Banking businesses, supports the implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures, and facilitates internal and external technology audits and regulatory reviews globally.

Prior to this assuming this role, Mike managed IT Controls for the Asset Management business. He joined J. P. Morgan in 2003 in the Internal Audit department. He served as Senior Audit Manager for Technology and Operations for Asset Management as well as the Senior Audit Manager for Technology covering Investment Banking Americas, Global Commodities, and Global Technology Infrastructure.
