Shaun Hunt, Vice President of IT Governance at The American Cancer Society, oversees the IT project management, IT risk management, vendor procurement and quality assurance, security and compliance, and technical services areas, helping IT work more collaboratively. Governance ensures that IT has the services the team needs and that its efforts align properly with the Society's goals.

Shaun is a veteran IT and Finance professional with a zeal for adding organizational value. He has completed multiple large ERP, Data Warehouse and Customer Relationship Management implementations. His cross-enterprise experience has exposed him to every functional business area from the bottom of the supply chain in logistics/shipping/inventory to ordering/internet to billing/general ledger. Before ACS, Shaun spent years in the Financial Services and Technology sectors, including many roles in consulting and leadership.
Shaun earned his BS in management of information systems at Rochester Institute of Technology, and he holds an MS in organizational leadership and MBA in business IT from Southern New Hampshire University.

As if his plate weren't full enough, Shaun spends his free time with his two children and his amazing wife. These activities include time at the park, pool, and attending birthday parties and play dates at Kangazoom.
