Paul Huesken is the Chief Information Assurance Officer for The Coca-Cola Company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. He has company-wide responsibility for the development and delivery of security strategies and policies to protect company information assets. Mr. Huesken’s duties include conducting research on cyber risks and threats, assessing next-generation security technology and overseeing security event monitoring and computer forensic investigations. In addition, he directs Coca-Cola’s business continuity program, physical security technology infrastructure and its global incident management operation center. He has worked for more than 25 years in the information security field.
Prior to Coca-Cola, Mr. Huesken was the site leader responsible for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ information security practice in Atlanta. While at PwC he led numerous security, audit and risk management projects for a variety of Fortune 200 clients. Mr. Huesken’s career began as a cryptologic mathematician with the National Security Agency. During his ten years at NSA, he worked in the National Computer Security Center, System and Network Attack Center and the Operations Directorate. Mr. Huesken has a master’s degree in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University.
