For the past 11 years, Nicole Holmes has led strategy, architecture and engineering teams in the areas of information security, risk management and infrastructure operations.

She started her Information Security career with The Walt Disney Company leading enterprise projects for the Infrastructure Program Management Office and their Software Infrastructure Security Services team. Quickly rising through the Security ranks, she joined Global Information Security overseeing Privileged Access Management and acted as chair for Identity Data solutions and services.

She joined The Honest Company in April 2017 where she assumed responsibility for all data security aspects of the business. Her team drives adoption across Honest for regulatory compliance programs, protection policies, engineers solutions and manages enterprise services for all aspects of security. She’s keenly adept at navigating complex, fast-paced environments and building highly successful teams.

She earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from California State University Los Angeles.
