With over 27 years of experience in cybersecurity and information technology, Tim is a passionate and proven leader who contributes to the success of Sierra Space's mission by coordinating and directing defensive cybersecurity operations during critical and high tempo operations. He hold a CISSP and GICSP certification and a security clearance, and has a master's degree in cybersecurity from UMUC. He has built and managed large remote teams.

Tim has a history of enabling cybersecurity and technology adoption across a wide range of clients and environments through the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies and visions, including NASA and DoD. He has expertise in designing and leading cybersecurity evaluations that balance threat, vulnerabilities, and mission needs to improve risk monitoring and reduction efforts. He is also responsible for maintaining a highly secure and compliant posture and assists in the development of security architectures for new and existing systems.

Tim is also and accomplished public speaker with the ability to translate complex cybersecurity issues to senior leaders.
