Eric Freeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Information Technology and Cyber Security. He currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at QTC Management, Inc., where he leads efforts to protect enterprise systems and data. Prior to this role, Eric was the Head of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance for North America at Atos, where he ensured regulatory and contractual compliance for cybersecurity and IT managed services.

Before joining Atos, Eric held the position of Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations and Supplier Risk Management for the City of San Diego. His career is further distinguished by over 20 years of service as a military officer and combat veteran, where he led IT and Cyber Security Operations for various combat support agencies. Eric's military career began as a Mainframe Security Administrator, and he advanced through roles such as Network and Security Engineer, Systems Architect, and IT Program Manager, ultimately directing Global Security Operations Centers (SOC).

Eric resides in Southern California and enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing, and appreciating fine scotch and cigars. His diverse experiences and leadership in both public and private sectors underscore his commitment to fostering a "cyber-conscious" culture and advancing cybersecurity practices.
