Kwame lives in the San Francisco Bay area and is a graduate of the University of Michigan. Kwame has an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and has been a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) since 2005.

Mr. Fields began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as an intern specializing in application development and security architecture. Kwame has held several security operations and risk management controls positions in multiple industries that include energy and utilities, healthcare supply chain, retail banking, and securities. Now the CISO at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (FHLBSF)

Kwame is using his diverse experience to mature the Information Security, Physical Security, IT Risk & Compliance, and Business Continuity & Crisis Management programs to meet the complex needs of the FHLBSF member institutions.
