Joshua Davis joined Qualcomm in 1996 and has served as head of the global information security and risk management organization since 2000. Joshua and team are responsible for overall management, leadership, and accountability of information security and other technology risks across all of the company's diverse business operations. Joshua also contributes to related areas such as product security, physical security, and government solutions.

Joshua holds a MS in Information Security & Assurance from Carnegie Mellon University and several security and privacy related certifications.  As 2005 and 2006 President of the ISSA San Diego chapter, Joshua grew chapter funding by 600% and helped establish a chapter sponsored college scholarship for underprivileged students of info sec in San Diego.

Joshua is also a founding member of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), and has contributed to several recent publications from CSA and ISACA.
