Mr Dabare has over 20 years experience leading Global Technology and Risk functions in the financial sector. Prior to joining MUFG to lead the Identity & Access Management function, Mr Dabare has worked at JP Morgan Chase as the Executive Director leading Global I&AM Controls as well as leading a 250 person Enterprise Access Administration organization within ITRSM prior to this he was a Vice President at both Goldman Sachs and at Deutsche Bank – leading various global technology teams and initiatives for these companies. He has managed cross functional teams based in multiple countries, providing, technology infrastructure support, application development, information security, training and workflow engineering functions serving clients throughout the world.

Gehan holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the Lubin School of Business at PACE University, NY. and a BS in Applied Math and Information Systems from Stony Brook University. He has earned the Certificate of Professional Studies credential from the Wharton Business School and the CISA, CISM credentials from ISACA, the CCSP from ISC2 as well as the SANS GIAC Security Leadership Certificate.
