With more than two decades of experience in information security, risk management, compliance, and auditing – Mignona helps Fortune 50 companies ensure the security of their data. She is a proven problem solver with a unique ability to find, assess and fix information security vulnerabilities across a variety of industries.

She has secured and improved technical operations for companies such as AWS, AIG, Aetna, Bank of America, PepsiCo, and Verizon Communications. In addition, she established Women Leaders in the Cloud (WLIC) with the Executive Women’s Forum which provides executive training curriculum and reaches engagement of 100 members.

She is currently the SVP, Chief Security Officer at NetApp where she focuses on transforming NetApp’s security organization where both product and cyber security are managed by her team. Under her leadership, her team has unified security accountability internally to protect NetApp as well as externally to protect customers ultimately by moving NetApp to a SuperCloud architecture, which combines edge computing, multi-cloud, and multi-location recourses to create a powerful computing environment.

Mignona holds her Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern State University specializing in Computer and Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. She received her Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana. She also sits on multiple advisory boards and has been nominated and won many awards.
