Brian Brush has over 14 years of computer security, administration and consulting experience in a variety of roles with several different firms.  Following several years as a systems administrator and security consultant for the United States Air Force and Department of Defense, Brian joined Deloitte and Touche and was responsible for managing the delivery  of security consulting services for Deloitte’s clients in the United States. 

For six years at Deloitte Brian provided security consulting services to a large number of government and Fortune 500 clients, with a specific emphasis on the financial services industry.  After assisting with Sallie Mae’s security transformation in a consulting role, Brian was brought on as a Director of Corporate Security.   In this role he is responsible for a large segment of Sallie Mae’s operational security environment, including Vulnerability Management.

Brian received a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and holds multiple industry certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
