Mike is a seasoned IT Security, Risk and Control senior level executive with over 20 years of extensive industry experience. As the current Managing Director and Americas Chief Information Security Officer at BNP Paribas, Mike is responsible for all aspects of Cyber and Information Security, BCP and technology risk. He most recently served as the Chief Information Security Officer for Barclays in the Americas where he also led their Identity and Access Management team within the Global Information Security organization. While at Barclays, he was responsible for the successful rollout of the largest identity management program in financial services, winning a number of industry awards –including Gartner and Computer World - for best security development.

Mike is based in New York and reports to the Chief Operating Officer at BNP Paribas. He holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Seton Hall University and an MBA from New York University. In his spare time, Mike indulges in the two complimentary habits of exercise and cooking - both of which he is very interested in.
