Ennis Alvarez has more than 35 years of executive experience in information technology (IT) Infrastructure, IT Architecture, IT Applications Development, IT Operations, IT Security, IT Procurement, IT Vendor management, In/Outsourcing, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. He is well versed in ITIL, ITSM, SDLC, SSAE, COBIT, and SOX compliance. He has a proven track record as an effective team leader with a talent for reducing infrastructure costs and discovering new ways to contribute to company growth by creating value through innovative use of technology.

Ennis is currently the VP of IT Security & Infrastructure at Rooms To Go (RTG), a large furniture retailer. He is responsible for:
• IT Service Operations (Service Desk, Desktop Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management).
• IT Infrastructure Engineering (Server, Storage, Network, and Telecom).
• IT Performance Operations (IT Enterprise Monitoring, IT Performance Engineering, and IT eCommerce Web Engineering).
