Arjun Thusu is the Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer (CSO) for YapStone. He has been implementing security programs and performing security evaluations for the last twelve years at Worldpay, Internap, Home Depot, Visa Europe, Premiere Global Services and several other Fortune 500 companies. As Chief Security Officer for YapStone, he provides strategy and vision globally for all Security-related initiatives ensuring the integrity, availability and security of information, infrastructure, and platforms for the organization. Instead of being the "Security hurdle", Arjun strives to engage and educate with all stakeholders and finds solutions to mitigate and reduce risk in order to balance both security and business needs.

Before joining YapStone as the Chief Security Officer he was the CSO for Worldpay, Americas. At Worldpay he was responsible for driving a multi-million dollar refresh of the security and compliance program. And prior to that he was at Internap where he was responsible for designing and implementing security solutions and compliance programs for twelve data centers in seven countries. And before that he was the Sr. Manager of Information Security at Home Depot. He oversaw the Security Assessment and Security Compliance programs to minimize vulnerabilities across 2,500+ stores in three countries. And prior to that he was Practice Director at Dell SecureWorks where he was responsible for developing several critical service lines that were instrumental in driving revenue growth for the consulting division. He was also responsible for leading teams on over a 125 highly complex engagements that involved the delivery of multiple service lines for several Fortune 500 companies.

Arjun earned a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Saginaw Valley State University. He is an active Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Payment Card Industry Internal Security Assessor (PCI ISA) and a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO). He also serves on the Board for Georgia Tech’s Institute for Information Security & Privacy and on the Advisory Committee for Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
