Ennis has more than 30 years of executive experience in information technology (IT) infrastructure, IT architecture, IT applications development, IT operations, IT security, telecommunications, IT procurement, contract negotiations, insourcing / outsourcing, regulatory compliance, and disaster recovery. He is well versed in ITIL, ITSM, SDLC, SAS70, COBIT, and SOX compliance. He has a proven track record as an effective team leader with a talent for reducing infrastructure costs and discovering new ways to contribute to company growth by creating value through innovative use of technology.

Ennis is currently the VP of IT Infrastructure at Rooms To Go, a large furniture retailer. He is responsible for the IT Infrastructure Services (Service Desk, Desktop Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management), IT Infrastructure Technology (Server, Storage, Network, Telecom, Database, and Enterprise Monitoring) and IT Security functions. Prior to RTG, Ennis was the Senior Vice President of IT Infrastructure at HealthPlan Services (HPS), the largest independent provider of sales, benefits administration, retention, and technology solutions to the insurance and managed care industries. He was responsible for the IT Service Operations, Network Engineering, Call Center/Voice Engineering, Mainframe Engineering, Database Engineering, Distributed Systems Engineering organizations focusing on Organization transformation, Production Availability, Service Delivery Process Improvements. He also temporally functioned as Chief Information Security Officer for HPS while a permanent hire was made.

Prior to HPS, Ennis joined Coventry Health Care (an Aetna Company) as Vice President of IT Operations. In that position, Ennis oversaw the functions of IT Service Management (Service Desk, Field Support, Executive IT Support, Desktop Engineering, IT Asset Management, IT Devices Lifecycle Management), IT Service Operations (Data Center Facilities Management, Enterprise Monitoring, Security Administration, IT Production Support, Computer Operations, Incident Management, Problem Management), and IT Service Governance (Change Management, Service Level Management, Audit and Compliance).

Prior to joining Coventry Health Care, Ennis was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Brivea, a world-class provider of a cost-analysis process that measures and improves the financial effectiveness of IT in a business. Brivea's 3-Step Process culminates in the industry standard BriveaScoreTM, which identifies immediate savings opportunities and actions to attain ROI on IT spending. In that position, Ennis oversaw the functions of Field Operations, Brivea Knowledge Center, and Information Technology.

Prior to joining Brivea, Ennis was the Senior Vice President, IT Infrastructure / Chief Information Security Officer with Aviva USA, the fifth largest global insurance company. In that role, Ennis oversaw the IT infrastructure, Information Security, Database Services, and Middleware Services for all US business units with responsibility for a $65M budget. He improved organizational productivity and maturity by formalizing the company's IT infrastructure and project management. He created the IT Procurement and Vendor Management functions which produced over $10 million in savings in its first two years. He standardized the complete telecommunications environment. Ennis collaborated with the CIOs in USA and Canada to create an IT infrastructure Outsourcing strategy for Aviva North America. For his work, Ennis was recognized in 2008 with the Aviva Global CIO Award for Motivational Leadership.

As a Vice President at Charles Schwab for 8 years, Ennis held multiple assignments in the IT Infrastructure Operations and Engineering functions where he managed budgets of near $100M. He realized major IT cost improvements via effective contract negotiations, operations and productivity improvements, and the integration of infrastructure staff and functions. His positions while at Charles Schwab were Vice President, U.S. Trust Infrastructure, Vice President, Desktop Design, Engineering and Implementation, Vice President, UNIX / Windows Design and Engineering, and Vice President, East Coast Operations.

Prior to Charles Schwab, Ennis was a Managing Director with the BOC Group in New Jersey. He effectively upgraded the network, server, and desktop environments which enabled the successful implementation of SAP. As a Worldwide Program Director, Ennis led a global team to reorganize the information technology organization as part of a $21M annual cost savings initiative.

Prior to BOC Group, Ennis held several IT management positions with McGraw-Hill Inc., and J.J. Kenny / S and P, New York, N.Y. Ennis graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science in Technology Management from DeVry University in New Jersey.
